IEP week is over and all went well...

IEP week has come and gone and all is well. Grandma and daddy worried themselves for nothing. My teacher Miss Cathy gets me too! She sees that I understand what everyone is saying to me and that I do respond to directives. How cool is that? I will post later this week and fill everyone in on things...grandma and I have a full week ahead of us right now so this has to be short and sweet. (Like me).

My IEP Map for Success for 2008-09 (draft)

Hi Everybody! Grandma prepared a "map for success" powerpoint to share with my school during my upcoming IEP meeting. Below is a link that should take you there to see it.

Tori is my big sister. She is 6 years old and VERY smart. She and I talk all the time. She knows what I want and what I need, just ask her. She tells daddy when I am thirsty and when I want a cookie. I think she tells daddy when she wants snacks too. We sisters have to stick together now, don't we? Hee-hee.

Tori loves me so much that she helps daddy look out for me and keep me safe. She shows me how to hold my sippy cups and how to use my fork and spoon to eat just like Grandma does. These are things only a big sister can do. In the evening she lets me play in her room while daddy cooks supper and does the dinner dishes. I even get to play with her little pony's! Isn't she great?
